Graduate School of Journalism
The UTS Graduate School of Journalism believes quality journalism is essential to democracy and good governance. It addresses the sweeping changes driving journalism; the impact of the internet and digitisation and the Asianisation of international media. The Graduate School is Australian centred but globally oriented, forging alliances with quality journalism education centres in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
It seeks to empower the Pacific Rim's best journalists by intersecting relevant courses, credible research and advanced industry experience. The school links UTS nationally recognised post -graduate degrees with a Higher Research degree program involving senior working journalists.
